The new Avaya Stadium is home to the Major League Soccer (MLS) team, San Jose Earthquakes. The new 18,000-seat steel structure stadium features a canopy roof and the steepest-raked seating in MLS to provide an awesome fan experience. With design influences from European venues, the project has a village green and North America’s officially largest outdoor bar. Avaya Stadium is a civic amenity of which the community can host events, and is the latest sports facility added to the South Bay region that opened in winter 2015; along with the new 49ers Levi’s Stadium that opened in summer 2014.
Signet provided geotechnical laboratory testing services including R-value, moisture content, compaction, sand equivalent, durability coarse/fine.
