Santa Clara Technology Center (SCTC) Phases I & II project consists of an elite office campus in the heart of Silicon Valley. Located at Bowers Ave and Highway 101, near Levi’s Stadium, the SCTC has two 6-story buildings and one 8-story building totaling about 1,000,000 square feet. Designed as a workplace community, SCTC offers the convenience and sense of place found at Silicon Valley’s leading corporate campuses with an onsite cafe, fitness center, conference facilities and outdoor workspaces with plush, resort-style seating and 4-story parking structure.
