The Salinas Monterey Parking Structure in Salinas involved the construction of an open-air four-level parking structure. The structure included slab-on-grade level and four elevated tiers (the roof tier being an occupied tier). The 125,000 Square Feet structure has the capacity of 435 parking stalls. The foundation consists of shoring tie back system, grade beams, and pile caps with a slab-on-grade, concrete post-tensioned decks, columns, shear walls and ramps.
