Signet provided quality control welding inspection and testing services for this new bridge after construction had already begun, staffing the project with certified AWS/ASNT inspectors and technicians. Our scope included mechanical testing of welding procedures and visual welding inspection of steel pipe piles. Inspection work was performed to both AWS D1.1 and AWS D1.5 codes and all reports were reviewed and approved by the project Quality Control Manager.
